Hi, I've been set an essay on the general design requirements of a bridge, which is insane since I'm doing a Computer Science degree, but there you go.

My problem is all the sites I find either go into too much detail for a 750 word section, or are far too basic, ie a bridge holds things up, which wont hold much water with my marker.

If anybdy could help me out on this I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks!
