"Kindergarten bridge or wall construction?"

I am going to be doing a week on London Bridge and Humpty Dumpty next week and I need some easy ideas for my kindergarteners to do. I will have a table of a few activities set up for my class to do and then each week, a different class will use my "bridge and wall" table and my class will rotate to the other tables set up for hte other nursery rhymes. I have read a lot about spaghetti and toothpick construction, but any other ideas out there? Glue won't really have a chance to dry because 5 year olds are too rough with popsicle sticks and toothpicks. I do plan on letting them use those items to make bridges to take home, but I need some other things to do too. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Try using Gorilla Glue. It is the toughest glue thatI've ever heard of.
