"building a bridge across a stream"

I'm attempting to build a bridge to cross a stream on my property. Here's what I've come up with so far. Any feedback on the strength would be appreciated. The span is 28 feet using 28 foot I-beams. Each I-beam has a 9" top and bottom flange with the total height of the I-beam being 20.5". The abutments will be 2'x2'x12' concrete pads stacked 3 high for a total height of 6' from top of water. The bridge width is 12' and I'm planning on using 5 I-beams spaced 2' apart. As for the bridge decking I'd like to use treated 8"x8" timbers nested tightly together across the whole 28' span. On each end the 5 I-beams will be welded together using a 10' I-beam. The heaviest vehicle to cross the bridge will be a loaded 7 yard concrete truck. Can anyone tell me if this bridge will be strong enough?
I think it is over designed. I have searched the internet for info on the size of these I-beams but not having much luck. Any ideas or advice.
