"Want to attend to a bridge engineering course or program"

Does anyone recommend any bridge engineering certificate program whithin the US? I have been looking around for a good program but so far I am not really convinced with the offerings. I am looking for a good "bridge engineering course" to update from AASHTO standard specification to the new LRFD. It would be great if the university is in the West Coast.
